Cancellation and No-Show Policy This policy is exclusively applicable to services provided by Blonde by Lucke. At Blonde by Lucke, we dedicate our time and expertise to providing every client with exceptional service and a personalized experience. To ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain the integrity of our schedule, we have implemented the following strict cancellation and no-show policy. By booking an appointment with Blonde by Lucke, you agree to the terms outlined below: 1. Appointment Booking and Confirmation • All appointments at Blonde by Lucke are secured only after confirmation through [specific method: phone, text, email, or deposit]. • Clients will receive a reminder at least 48 hours before their appointment to confirm attendance. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours of the appointment, Blonde by Lucke reserves the right to cancel the appointment without further notice. 2. Cancellations • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $100. • If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the full service price may be charged at the discretion of Blonde by Lucke. 3. No-Show Policy • Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a no-show fee of $100 per missed appointment. • After three no-shows, the client will be required to pay a non-refundable $380 per missed opportunity fee to compensate for lost time and client opportunities. 4. Repeat Cancellations or Last-Minute Changes • Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule within short notice (less than 24 hours) will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of their scheduled service price to book future appointments. • After three repeated last-minute cancellations, clients may be removed from our booking list indefinitely. 5. Instagram and Social Media Transparency • Blonde by Lucke respects the privacy of all clients; however, it is important to note that publicly available posts on platforms like Instagram, which are open-source, may be reviewed if relevant to your appointments. This ensures transparency regarding missed appointments and prevents false claims of hardship. 6. Payment of Fees • Any fees for late cancellations, no-shows, or missed opportunities must be paid within 7 days of the original appointment date. Failure to settle outstanding amounts will result in the loss of future booking privileges and may lead to legal action to recover unpaid amounts. 7. Legal Action for Unpaid Fees • Clients who refuse to pay cancellation, no-show, or missed opportunity fees may be subject to legal action. This includes filing a claim in small claims court to recover the outstanding amounts, along with any applicable court fees and damages for lost business opportunities. 8. Emergencies and Exceptions • At Blonde by Lucke, we understand that emergencies can happen. If you are facing an unavoidable circumstance, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis. At Blonde by Lucke, this policy reflects our dedication to each client due to the time, expertise, and commitment we provide. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute changes or absences significantly impact our ability to accommodate other clients.
